Questions

What is a credit?: One credit starts one task in a credit category. It covers the whole task: the exhaustive search, refining it in the chat, re-running it, the drafts and the form prefill. You are never charged twice for the same task.
When do credits refill?: Every Monday. Unused credits don’t roll over — you simply start each week with the full amount.
What happens if I run out?: Nothing breaks. Jobs and Products & deals keep working as normal, your existing tasks stay fully usable, and the next batch of credits arrives on Monday.
Do standing monitors use credits?: Only in the five credit categories, where each run of the monitor uses one credit. Monitors on Jobs and Products & deals are free. If a week’s credits are gone, monitors in credit categories pause until they refill.
Does the search on the homepage cost anything?: No. The first search you run from the homepage is free and needs no account.
Do I need a card?: No. The free plan needs an email and a password, nothing else.
